Michael James Lee Michael James Lee Associates are a firm of independent Chartered Building Surveyors and Building Engineers based in Sunderland, north east England.

The practice has been established for over 20 years and has acquired a broad client base ranging from residential to commercial properties.

Michael James Lee BSc, PEng, MBEng, FRICS, MFPWS has over 30 years of surveying experience covering both local authority as a building control surveyor and also as a London district surveyor, together with private practice experience with one of the largest chartered building surveying practices in the region.

In addition, Michael has also been employed as a loss adjuster for one of the largest loss adjusting firms in the country dealing with subsidence claims.

The practice has an up-to-date computer system with digital camera facilities which allows the surveyor to incorporate photographs directly and quickly within the survey report.
